The N D Loans Broker Partners Program is designed for mortgage and finance brokers who may be limited by lenders that they have on their aggregators panel and require the services of a private lender.
We work closely with our Broker Partners to understand the client’s needs and develop a tailored private lending solution one that will deliver the best results for all involved.
You can get paid for simply giving us a name and a number of a person who may be interested in a property secured loan. We will do all the follow up’s and all the work, and we pay you a generous commission of up to 0.50% of the settled loan amount.
You will be updated with details of your milestones through to settlement with earnings transferred to you by direct bank deposit after settlement.
Considering that we fund loans from $100,000 right up to $25,000,000, that is a very generous referral commission, with zero work involved for you!
